Everest view trekking is a mesmerizing journey and an enjoyable adventure leading you to the high ridges and valleys of Everest Region accompanied by expert team of Nepal Adventure Team. Everest view trekking is ideal for all types of people with limited holiday duration.

A moderate country walks with high hills and downhills taking you to traditional Sherpa villages enriched with Buddhist religions and cultures, monuments and monasteries to arrive at famous Namche Bazaar, the capital of Khumbu region and main hub of the Sherpa’s. Walking in the midst of beautiful rhododendron, pines and oaks forests with stunning views of Amadablam, Everest with other snow capped mountains, this journey is spectacular.

After a glorious moment, you’ll get  back to Lukla, while this magnificent short Everest view trekking concludes with a sweeping scenic flight back to Kathmandu.

Day to Day Itinerary

Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu 1350m

Day 02: Fly to Lukla 2,820m and trek to Phakding 2,640m

Day 03: Trek to Namche Bazaar 3,440m

Day 04: Rest day at Namche Bazaar for acclimatization and excursion

Day 05: Trek to Tyangboche 3,867m

Day 06: Trek to Khumjung

Day 07: Trek back to Lukla

Day 08: Fly back to Kathmandu

Day 09: International departure

Detail Itinerary

Day 01 : Arrival in Kathmandu 1350m
On arrival at Kathmandu international airport, Sherpa Royal Trek & Expedition staffs will receive you with a warm welcome and then transfer to respective hotels in the hub of Kathmandu around the interesting area of Thamel. Brief meeting over the welcome dinner.

Day 02 : Fly to Lukla 2,820 m and trek to Phakding 2,640m
35 minutes flight with incredible views of snow capped mountains with a glimpse of Everest as the plane lands at Lukla. After a refreshing break, follow our expert guide as the walk leads downhill and on gradual winding trail passing several nice Sherpa traditional villages to reach our first overnight stop at Phakding village by the glacial river Dudh Koshi.

Day 03 : Trek to Namche Bazaar 3,440m
The day to enter Sagarmatha National Park and ultimately to the last alpine town, Namche for acclimatization.

Day 04 : Rest day at Namche Bazaar for acclimatization and excursion
The last place with modern facilities of ATM, Banks, post office, Cyber Café, Trekking / Climbing shops and stores with many café, bakeries and restaurants. Go for the local excursion to explore.

Day 05 : Trek to Thyangboche 3,867m
The nice walk today offers great views of Mt. Everest, Nuptse, Lhotse, Thamasarku and Kwangde peak. The second half of the journey leads to an uphill through pristine forest to reach Thyangboche Monastery. A scenic spot with amazing views of Amadablam, Kangtenga, Thamasarku, Kwangde with Mt. Everest, Thyangboche a holy spot as the head lama (Rinpoche) resides in this monastery, where trekkers and mountaineers visits to get blessed from the priest for safe trek and expeditions.

Day 06 : Trek to Khumjung
Your trail will continue to Khumjung through the fir forest along the Dudhkoshi River to finally arrive at Khumjung, a valley surrounded by the snowy peaks of Kondge, Thamserku and the sacred Khumbila Peak.

Day 07 : Trek back to Lukla
Retrace the journey back to Monjo near the Sagarmatha National Park entrance and exit, walk leads downhill to Dudh Kosi River to go all the way to Lukla via Phakding.

Day 08 : Fly back to Kathmandu
Yet another scenic flight to Kathmandu. Rest of the day leisure for shopping and market browsing. Farewell dinner is on the house.

Day 09 : International Departure
Your last day in amazing Nepal. As per international flight time, our staff will transfer you to international airport for your flight back home

The groups safety is very important for us. Please note that your leader has the authority to amend or cancel any part of the itinerary if it is deemed necessary due to safety concerns. Even though every effort is made to go as planned, a little change might occur in the itinerary because of weather conditions, health condition of a person, unexpected natural disasters, etc. The leader will try to ensure the trip runs as planned, but please be prepared to be flexible just in case.
